WELCOME!

We’re a nonprofit for independent artists who are just doing their thing: creating, sharing, and trying to find their people.

Right now, Tangible Tunes is focused on featuring artists, helping their music reach an audience that genuinely cares, connecting them to other artists and resources, and offering support without the pressure of signing to a record label.

We’re still growing as we go, but at the heart of it, Tangible Tunes is about making music feel real, human, and connected once again.

We're helping build a community of independent artists.

Nico Giovanni

Nico Giovanni is a Chicago-based artist creating music that blends confidence, storytelling, and personal reflection. His work explores identity, growth, self-acceptance, and the process of becoming more comfortable in your own skin.

Through his music, Nico brings together bold, expressive energy with deeper emotional themes, creating songs that feel both fun and meaningful. His writing often reflects the tension between past and present versions of the self, turning personal experiences into music that is honest, empowering, and full of personality.

As a transgender artist, Nico’s perspective adds another powerful layer to his work, with songs that celebrate transformation, pride, and the freedom of owning who you are. He is currently looking for performance opportunities in the Chicago area and is continuing to build a sound rooted in confidence, growth, and self-realization.

Courtesy Call

Courtesy Call is an indie band based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, bringing a fresh and expressive voice to the city’s growing music scene.

Their debut double single, Socializer, introduces a sound built around brooding, confessional lyrics, lush vocals, melodic bass lines, and groove-driven percussion that blends hip-hop and indie influences. The track carries a smooth, almost sultry edge, moving between moody, magnetic rhythms and guitars that shift from dreamy textures to moments of raw intensity.

With a sound that feels vivid, playful, and genuinely felt, Courtesy Call creates music that is easy to sink into while still leaving a lasting impression. Their work sits comfortably alongside fans of Inner Wave, Crumb, Men I Trust, and Peach Pit, while carving out a distinct voice of their own.

Courtesy Call is currently looking to perform throughout the Midwest, with a focus on Milwaukee and Chicago. You can find them on Instagram at @courtesycallmke and stream Socializer now on all major platforms.

Isaac.

Isaac is an artist from Ohio creating music that blends emotional honesty with uplifting energy. His songs are rooted in real life, drawing from the people he has gained, the people he has lost, and the experiences that have shaped him along the way.

Through his music, Isaac turns pain, reflection, and personal growth into songs that feel both vulnerable and hopeful. His lyrics often carry deep emotion, while his beats bring a brighter energy that gives listeners a mix of sadness, comfort, and light.

For Isaac, music is more than something to release. It is a way to express what can be hard to say out loud, process life’s harder moments, and help others feel less alone in what they are going through. Whether he is writing from a beat, a sudden lyric idea, or a feeling he needs to get out, his music comes from a place of honesty, connection, and heart.

Lakin Lane

Lakin Lane is an electronic artist from Indianapolis creating melodic instrumental music that blends EDM, deep house, techno, and darker electronic textures. His songs move between introspection and movement, offering space to think, unwind, or dance.

After making music for a few years, Lakin recently began releasing his work publicly and is now creating his first album, which he hopes to release later this year. His music is expressive without needing lyrics, carrying emotion through atmosphere, rhythm, and mood.

Lakin’s single covers feature Polaroids of people in his life who have supported and encouraged him along the way, adding a personal layer to the music and reflecting the community behind his creative journey.

August Gladstone

August Gladstone is a folksinger, poet, and troubadour creating Western-tinged folk rock with a sharp literary voice and a deeply intentional point of view. His debut full-length studio album, The Golden West, released on May 16, is a 10-track collection of surreal, reflective, and socially conscious songwriting that feels both timeless and strange in the best way.

Blending intricate lyricism with intimate storytelling, August’s music moves like poetry set loose on an open road. His writing is layered and thoughtful, but never unreachable, carrying listeners through questions of travel, identity, disillusionment, humor, and human endurance. Described by August as something like an Acid-Western Leonard Cohen, The Golden West builds a world that is dusty, cinematic, and emotionally alive.

With songs that feel equal parts folk confession, road-worn poetry, and mythic Western dreamscape, August Gladstone invites listeners into music that asks them to slow down, listen closely, and feel the weight of every word.

Digging 4 Worms

Digging 4 Worms is an artist based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area creating deeply personal, handmade music rooted in honesty, reflection, and emotional release. Their debut album, phantom pain: acoustic demos, began as a promise to make something lasting during their final semester of college, and became a full creative world built from vulnerability, intention, and care.

The project is more than a collection of songs. From writing and recording with their friend Addis to hand-stitching and carving the album artwork, making a lyric book, burning CDs, assembling cases, and building their own CD stand, Digging 4 Worms turned phantom pain into something tangible in every sense of the word.

Their music carries the feeling of moving through fear, uncertainty, and growing pains while still choosing to create something meaningful from it. Raw, intimate, and fully handmade, Digging 4 Worms reminds us that art does not have to be perfect to be powerful. It just has to be real.

You can listen to phantom pain: acoustic demos on Bandcamp at digging4worms.bandcamp.com.
